# Art. 38 — Information obligation on notifying authorities

CRA Article 38 — Information obligation on notifying authorities. Regulation (EU) 2024/2847, Chapter IV — Notification of conformity assessment bodies.

1. Member States shall inform the Commission of their procedures for the assessment and notification of [conformity assessment](https://headlesslaw.com/definitions/cra/conformity-assessment/) bodies and the monitoring of notified bodies, and of any changes thereto.
2. The Commission shall make the information referred to in paragraph 1 publicly available.
