Scope

Covers MiCA suitability, internal governance, market abuse and classification topics; MiFID II / MiFIR investor-protection, intermediaries, transaction-reporting and market-structure topics; a deliberately curated GDPR EDPB/WP29 core for the generic SaaS Legal Pack; selected DSA Commission guidance; and selected Data Act Commission implementation guidance.

Data Act (Level 3)
