What should be reported in case the financial entity does not have a direct parent undertaking (for example, is the parent undertaking itself) or reports the register on an individual basis?
Field B_01.02.0060 is described as mandatory with no conditionality in the fill-in option of the ITS. However, it is unclear how the field should be filled in if the entity is the direct parent undertaking itself or does not have a parent undertaking because it reports the register on an individual basis.
If the financial entity does not have a direct parent undertaking, in field B_01.02.0060, it should report own LEI as already reported in B_01.02.0010 for the same entity, i.e., the LEI of an entity itself should be repeated.
