**Annex 4 — Reporting templates for issuers of ARTs and EMTs (EBA implementing materials)** · [EBA](https://www.eba.europa.eu/sites/default/files/2024-10/22acc719-d72d-4cf7-a249-33e0b3fee415/Annex%204%20reporting%20for%20issuers%20of%20ARTs%20and%20EMTs%20-%20templates.xlsx)

### Overview

This Annex provides the EBA reporting templates that ART and EMT issuers must populate when submitting Article 22 supervisory data. The templates accompany the EBA guidelines on supervisory reporting and the related ITS, and exist to standardise [issuer](https://github.com/jakesenfti/micawtf/blob/main/spaces/definitions/mica/issuer.md) submissions across Member States.

### Key points

* Provides structured spreadsheet templates for ART and EMT [issuer](https://github.com/jakesenfti/micawtf/blob/main/spaces/definitions/mica/issuer.md) reporting.
* Supports periodic data collection on holders, transactions and reserve assets.
* Complements the EBA guidelines on supervisory reporting ([EBA/GL/2024/16](/eu-level/guidelines/guidelines-on-reporting-templates-supervisory-duties.md)) and the related ITS.
* Designed for operational submission to competent authorities and onward transmission to the EBA.
* Helps standardise issuer submissions and supports machine-readable supervisory data.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://www.mica.wtf/eu-level/soft-law/decisions-and-templates/annex-4-reporting-for-issuers-of-arts-and-emts-templates.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
