Art. 99 — Entry into force and application
GDPR Article 99 — Entry into force and application. Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Chapter XI — Final provisions.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 25 May 2018.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
