What this document covers

This final report contains ESMA's second package of draft RTS and ITS under MiCA. It covers sustainability disclosures, business continuity for CASPs, pre- and post-trade transparency for trading platforms, record keeping, white paper machine readability and register data, and disclosure of inside information.
