# Art. 23a — Accessibility of information on the European single access point

From 10 January 2030, the information referred to in [Article 14(6)](/mica.wtf/mifir/title-iii-transparency-for-systematic-internalisers-and-investment-firms-trading-otc-and-tick-size-r/14.md), [Article 15(1)](/mica.wtf/mifir/title-iii-transparency-for-systematic-internalisers-and-investment-firms-trading-otc-and-tick-size-r/15.md), second subparagraph, [Articles 18(4)](/mica.wtf/mifir/title-iii-transparency-for-systematic-internalisers-and-investment-firms-trading-otc-and-tick-size-r/18.md) and [27(1)](/mica.wtf/mifir/title-iv-transaction-reporting-art.-24-27/27.md), [Article 34](/mica.wtf/mifir/title-v-derivatives-art.-28-34/34.md), [Articles 40(5)](/mica.wtf/mifir/title-vii-supervisory-measures-on-product-intervention-and-positions-art.-39-45/40.md), [42(5)](/mica.wtf/mifir/title-vii-supervisory-measures-on-product-intervention-and-positions-art.-39-45/42.md), [44(2)](/mica.wtf/mifir/title-vii-supervisory-measures-on-product-intervention-and-positions-art.-39-45/44.md), [45(6)](/mica.wtf/mifir/title-vii-supervisory-measures-on-product-intervention-and-positions-art.-39-45/45.md) and [Article 48](/mica.wtf/mifir/title-viii-provision-of-services-and-performance-of-activities-by-third-country-firms-following-an-e/48.md) of this Regulation, shall be made accessible on the European single access point (ESAP) established under Regulation (EU) 2023/2859 of the European Parliament and of the Council. The collection body as defined in Article 2, point (2), of Regulation (EU) 2023/2859 shall be ESMA.

> **(a)**be submitted in a data extractable format as defined in Article 2, point (3), of Regulation (EU) 2023/2859;
>
> **(b)**be accompanied by the following metadata:
>
> > **(i)**all the names of the investment firm to which the information relates;
> >
> > **(ii)**where available, the legal entity identifier of the investment firm, as specified pursuant to Article 7(4), point (b), of Regulation (EU) 2023/2859;
> >
> > **(iii)**the type of information, as classified pursuant to Article 7(4), point (c), of that Regulation;
> >
> > **(iv)**an indication of whether the information contains personal data.

That information shall comply with the following requirements:
