### Rights of offerors and persons seeking admission to trading of crypto-assets other than asset-referenced tokens or e-money tokens

1. After publication of the [crypto-asset](https://www.mica.wtf/definitions/definitions/mica/crypto-asset) white paper in accordance with [Article 9](/mica/title-ii-crypto-assets-other-than-asset-referenced-tokens-or-e-money-tokens-art.-4-15/article-9.md) and, where applicable, of the modified crypto-asset white paper in accordance with [Article 12](/mica/title-ii-crypto-assets-other-than-asset-referenced-tokens-or-e-money-tokens-art.-4-15/article-12.md), [offerors](https://www.mica.wtf/definitions/definitions/mica/offeror) may offer crypto-assets other than [asset-referenced tokens](https://www.mica.wtf/definitions/definitions/mica/asset-referenced-token) or [e-money tokens](https://www.mica.wtf/definitions/definitions/mica/electronic-money-token) throughout the Union and such crypto-assets may be admitted to trading on a trading platform for crypto-assets in the Union.
2. [Offerors](https://www.mica.wtf/definitions/definitions/mica/offeror) and persons seeking admission to trading of [crypto-assets](https://www.mica.wtf/definitions/definitions/mica/crypto-asset) other than [asset-referenced tokens](https://www.mica.wtf/definitions/definitions/mica/asset-referenced-token) or [e-money tokens](https://www.mica.wtf/definitions/definitions/mica/electronic-money-token) that have published a crypto-asset white paper in accordance with [Article 9](/mica/title-ii-crypto-assets-other-than-asset-referenced-tokens-or-e-money-tokens-art.-4-15/article-9.md) and, where applicable, a modified crypto-asset white paper pursuant to [Article 12](/mica/title-ii-crypto-assets-other-than-asset-referenced-tokens-or-e-money-tokens-art.-4-15/article-12.md), shall not be subject to any further information requirements with regard to the [offer to the public](https://www.mica.wtf/definitions/definitions/mica/offer-to-the-public) or the admission to trading of that crypto-asset.
