## Recitals

1. The Swedish language version of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/1302 (2) contains an error in Article 9(1) that incorrectly refers to a derogation laid down in Article 57(1), second subparagraph, point (b), of Directive 2014/65/EU. The error affects the substance of the act.
2. The Swedish language version of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/1302 should therefore be corrected accordingly. The other language versions are not affected,

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
