# Article 15 — Batch file transfers of crypto-assets

In the case of a batch file [transfer of crypto-assets](https://www.mica.wtf/definitions/definitions/tofr/transfer-of-crypto-assets) from a single [originator](https://www.mica.wtf/definitions/definitions/tofr/originator), Article 14(1) shall not apply to the individual transfers bundled together therein, provided that the batch file contains the information referred to in Article 14(1), (2) and (3), that that information has been verified in accordance with Article 14(6) and (7), and that the individual transfers carry the [distributed ledger address](https://www.mica.wtf/definitions/definitions/tofr/distributed-ledger-address) of the originator, where Article 14(2), point (b), applies, the [crypto-asset account](https://www.mica.wtf/definitions/definitions/tofr/crypto-asset-account) number of the originator, where Article 14(2), point (c), applies, or the [unique transaction identifier](https://www.mica.wtf/definitions/definitions/tofr/unique-transaction-identifier), where Article 14(3) applies.
